Privacy Policy — Suki's Dog Supplies

This Privacy Policy describes how Suki's Dog Supplies ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and discloses your personal information when you visit or make a purchase from sukisdogsupplies.com.

---

Section 1 — What Information We Collect

When you make a purchase, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, shipping address, billing address, email address, and phone number.

When you browse our site, we automatically receive your device's IP address, along with information about your browser and operating system, to help us understand how visitors use the site.

With your permission, we may send you emails about our site, new products, and other updates.

Section 2 — Consent

How do you get my consent?

When you provide personal information to complete a transaction — place an order, verify payment, arrange delivery, or process a return — we treat it as your consent to our collecting and using it for that specific purpose.

If we ask for your information for a secondary purpose, such as marketing, we will obtain your express consent or provide a clear opportunity to decline.

How do I withdraw my consent?

You may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, or for the continued collection, use, or disclosure of your information, at any time by contacting us through our Contact Us page or emailing [sukisdogsupplies@gmail.com].

Section 3 — How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do share information in the following limited circumstances:

- Order fulfillment.  Some products sold on this site are shipped directly by third-party suppliers rather than from our own location. To fulfill your order, we share the information necessary to ship it — your name, shipping address, and order details — with the relevant supplier. Suppliers are only permitted to use this information to fulfill your order and are not authorized to use it for their own marketing.

- Payment processing. Your payment information is shared with our payment processor to complete your transaction. See Section 5 below.

- Advertising and analytics partners. As described in Section 6 (Cookies & Tracking), we share limited data with advertising platforms to run and measure our marketing campaigns.

- Legal requirements. We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law, or if you violate our Terms of Service.

Section 4 — Hosting & Data Storage

Our store is hosted on Warhead, Inc.. They provide the online platform through which we can sell our products to you.

Your data is stored through Warhead's data storage databases on secure servers behind a firewall.

Payment. If you use a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Warhead processes your payment card data. This is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete the transaction, after which it is deleted.

All direct payment gateways used by our store adhere to PCI DSS standards, as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council (a joint effort of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover), helping ensure the secure handling of your card information.

Section 5 — Third-Party Services

Third-party providers we use — including our hosting platform, payment processor, and shipping suppliers — will only collect, use, and disclose your information to the extent necessary to perform the services they provide to us.

Certain providers, such as payment gateways, have their own privacy policies governing how they handle the information we're required to share with them. We recommend reviewing those policies directly.

Some providers may be in, or have facilities in, a jurisdiction different from your own, which means your information may become subject to the laws of that jurisdiction when a transaction involves their services.

Once you leave our website — including by clicking a third-party link — you are no longer covered by this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to review their policies.

Section 6 — Cookies & Tracking

"Cookies" are small data files that may be downloaded to your device when you visit our site, allowing our server to recognize your browser on return visits.

We use cookies to recognize repeat visitors, remember your cart, and streamline the shopping experience.

Advertising cookies and pixels. We also use advertising and analytics tools — including the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel and TikTok Pixel — to measure the performance of our ad campaigns and show you relevant ads on those platforms based on your activity on our site. These tools may collect information such as pages viewed, products added to the cart, and purchases completed, and share it with Meta and TikTok in accordance with their respective privacy policies. You can opt out of interest-based advertising through each platform's ad preference settings, or by adjusting your browser's cookie and tracking settings.

You may set your browser to reject cookies, but you may then be required to re-enter login information on each visit, and some site features may not function properly.

Do Not Track.  Our site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Section 7 — Data Retention

We retain your order and account information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose it was collected for — including tax, accounting, and legal recordkeeping requirements — after which it is either deleted or anonymized. Marketing email data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion.

Section 8 — Security

We take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Credit card information is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and, where applicable, stored with AES-256 encryption. While no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, we adhere to PCI DSS requirements and generally accepted industry security standards.
